At Denby Dale Stoves & Heating we are proud of the service that we offer, and will do everything in our power to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your installation.
We offer a professional fitting service with full after-sales back up. Work is always carried out with our own fitters and not subcontracted out.
The following are some of the services that we offer:
Home Survey:
Home visit – knowing what stove is most suitable for your home, life style and budget can be a headache, we are here to help you make right decision. On a survey your chimney will be checked for suitability and your room size measured for us to determine the correct output most suitable for you room size. A written quotation which will be itemised and then forwarded on to you.
Project management:
From the design, layout and fit, we are here to offer the full package from start to finish. There is no need to deal with individual tradesmen…every detail is taken care of.
Supply Only:
If you did not want to take advantage of our fitting service, we can offer a supply only service. We are very competitive with our prices and offer a range of appliance to suit all budgets, also offering “sales” on many products…quite often cheaper than internet deals!
Boiler Systems:
These can supply hot water only, full central heating and can also be linked with your existing system. Boiler systems can be powered by logs, coal, wood pellets and wood chips.
Chimney relining:
We offer a chimney re-lining service. Many chimneys require re-lining due to building faults and more commonly deterioration especially in older properties, also to comply with building regulation/fitting instructions, oversized chimneys may also need re-lining. All our chimney liners and components are of the highest quality.
Chimney/Flue systems:
Experts in the design and built of pre-fabricated flue systems, whether it be for gas or solid fuel. Only the highest quality parts are used to ensure the best performance. Our external flue systems are available in various powder-coated colours that will blend in to the colour of your stone.
Chimney Sweeping & servicing of appliances:
To maintain you multi-fuel or wood stove, we recommend that you have your stove serviced and the chimney swept at least every 12 months. We now offer a chimney sweeping service on stoves and fires that we have fitted.
Fuel supply:
Wood: We cannot stress how important it is to burn only well seasoned wood (2 years ideal, 1 year minimum). At both our shops we have a stock of “kiln dried logs”, for larger deliveries we can offer bulk deliveries direct to your property.
Wood Pellets are always kept in stock for collection -or we can arrange delivery.
Smokeless fuel: Also available at both our shops are various types of smokeless fuels. This can also be delivered direct… including a 20% discount on first order – please ask for details.
